Description
Women’s physical exercise of all kinds on the playground or in the water environment is one of the pillars of the health of the body, mind and spirit. It is a conscious way to deal with a woman’s body and prepare for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy generation. Nations compete in the health of their societies based on women’s health before, during and after childbirth, to produce strong, healthy children capable of forming the country’s building blocks and supporting its economy. The development in the size of the fetus is associated with physiological changes commensurate with the needs of the woman’s body and fetus for movement because of the health and strength they add to them without exposure to danger. Accordingly, it illustrates a series of exercises and a systematic training program that addresses guidelines for faculty teachers, physical science students, fitness trainers, and women in the nine months of pregnancy and in the postpartum period, supported by illustrative images of proper practice and warnings about wrong motor practices.
